Membership Overview

Golfstars memberships provide access to our structured junior coaching pathway, including Littlestars, RisingStars, and Golfstars Academy sessions.
Membership secures your child’s place within a consistent weekly programme designed to support long-term development and progression.
By subscribing, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Subscription & Payments

Memberships run on a monthly rolling subscription.
Payments are collected automatically in advance via our booking system.
Your subscription guarantees your child’s place each week.
If a payment fails, we reserve the right to pause or cancel your child’s place until resolved.

Cancellation Policy (One Month Notice)

A minimum of one full calendar month’s written notice is required to cancel your membership.
Notice must be submitted via email.
Your child can continue attending sessions during the notice period.
Once a payment has been taken, it is non-refundable, including during the notice period.

Missed Sessions

Sessions missed due to holidays, illness, or other commitments are non-refundable and cannot be carried over.
In certain circumstances, we may offer a make-up session, but this is at Golfstars’ discretion and not guaranteed.

Session Delivery

All sessions are delivered by qualified, experienced Golfstars coaches.
We reserve the right to:
Adjust session formats based on group size or ability
Change venues or timings if required
Deliver adapted sessions in poor weather (including indoor or modified activities)
If a session is cancelled by Golfstars, a replacement session or credit may be offered.

Weather Policy

Golfstars sessions run in most weather conditions.
In cases of extreme or unsafe conditions, sessions may be:
Adapted
Relocated
Cancelled (with a replacement where possible)

Health & Medical Information

Parents/carers must declare any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or additional needs at the point of booking.
By attending, you confirm your child is fit to participate in physical activity.
Our staff are trained in first aid and safeguarding procedures.

Behaviour & Conduct

We pride ourselves on creating a positive, inclusive, and respectful environment.
Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from sessions.
No refunds will be issued in such circumstances.

Equipment

All core golf equipment is provided by Golfstars.
Participants are welcome to bring their own equipment but do so at their own risk.

Personal Belongings

Golfstars accepts no responsibility for lost or damaged items.
We recommend valuables are not brought to sessions.

Photography & Media

We may capture photos/videos during sessions for promotional use.
Consent is managed at the point of booking and can be updated at any time.

Data Protection

All personal data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR regulations.
Information is used solely for programme delivery, safety, and communication.

Liability

Participation in Golfstars sessions is at the parent/carer’s risk.
Golfstars accepts no liability for injury except in cases of proven negligence.

Changes to Membership & Terms

Golfstars reserves the right to:
Update programme structure, pricing, or delivery
Amend these Terms & Conditions where necessary
Any significant changes will be communicated in advance.
